What is a late payment demand?
A late payment demand (LPD) is a debt collection letter that can be issued in line with the late payments and commercial debts act 1998. In addition to the debt it allows you to claim late payment fee(s) and interest (in line with government guidelines) to compensate you for the late payment of a debt(s).
